Express VIDEO Tour - $249 : Buy Now

• Photography of your home
• A VIDEO Tour will be created from the photos taken
• The VIDEO Tour will be uploaded to YouTube and homesightings.com.
• Yard sign with a unique listing number.  Buyers can go to homesightings.com and enter number to direct them to your VIDEO Tour.
• You will receive an email with a link to download all the photos and links to the VIDEO Tour so that you can post ‘em to your facebook account, craigslist, or to other web sites.

Premium VIDEO Tour – $299 : Buy Now

• Photography of your home
• A VIDEO Tour with voice over will be created from the photos taken
• The VIDEO Tour will be uploaded to YouTube and homesightings.com.
• Yard sign with a unique listing number.  Buyers can go to homesightings.com and enter number to direct them to your VIDEO Tour.
• You will receive an email with a link to download all the photos and links to the VIDEO Tour so that you can post ‘em to your facebook account, craigslist, or to other web sites.

MLS Listing + Express VIDEO Tour - $399 : Buy Now

• Express VIDEO Tour Package as listed above
• MLS Listing for 6 months (you can cancel your listing at any time)
• 25 Photos will be uploaded to MLS.
• VIDEO Tour will be uploaded to MLS.
• 4 Photos will be uploaded to Realtor.com
• VIDEO Tour will be uploaded to Realtor.com
• Once your order is received we will email you the following paperwork that is needed to list your home: Property Data Sheet, Property Disclosure Statement, and Lead Based Paint Disclosure (if home is built in 1978 or earlier).
• If available, we can pull up tax records on your property to help you fill out the Property Data Sheet.
• You will also have to provide any appraisal documentation, i.e. 3000 sq ft per appraisal report, if you want to provide data other than court house records.
• Paperwork can be picked up from you when we schedule photography of your home.
• Your MLS Listing will be under Orlando & Associates, Realtors and will include the disclaimer “Listing Broker is not providing customary brokerage services” in the remarks section for other Realtors to see.
• Showing appointments will be made directly with you by other Realtors and it’s your responsibility to provide access to your home.
• Any and all offers will be negotiated directly with you by other Realtors.
