Q: I need to order a VIDEO Tour/Photography for my listing. How do I get started?
A: Please go to our PRODUCTS page and click the “Buy Now” link. We take debit/credit cards from VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We will contact you for additional information about scheduling your appointment.
Q: What’s required to play the VIDEOs on my PC?
A: To ensure smooth playback make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash. Click here to download.
Q: How do I download my VIDEO(s) to my hard drive?
A: Simply click on the “Share” menu on the VIDEO then click on “Download Video”. A new window will open. Let the VIDEO completely download, you can watch the progress bar on the bottom to see, and you can click the “Pause” button so you don’t have to watch the VIDEO. When it’s done downloading, right click on the VIDEO, then choose “Save video as.”
Q: There’s snow on the houses, but I need photographs of my listing. Is there another charge for you to go back and reshoot?
A: Yes. For photos, the charge is only$50. For Express and Premium Tours the charge is $85 since the VIDEOS have to be re-edited and uploaded. If the listing expires and is removed from Realtor.com the fee to reload the tour is $30.
